What is Shrinking about?

Comedy series on Apple TV+ follows grieving therapist Jimmy Laird (Jason Segel), who becomes overly involved in his patients’ lives after experiencing compassion fatigue. He recently lost his wife Tia in an automobile accident, and while he recovers, he is making an effort to raise Alice. Under Paul Rhodes (Harrison Ford), Jimmy works alongside Gaby Evans (Jessica Williams). Things became a little more complex when he started treating Sean (Luke Tennie) in Season 1.

Along with their co-stars from Season 1—Michael Urie, who portrays Jimmy’s best friend Brian—Segel, Ford, Williams, and Tennie will be back, as well as Lukita Maxwell, who plays Alice Laird, and Christa Miller and Ted McGinley, who play neighbors Liz and Derek.
