According to Reporter, former NFL quarterback Tom Brady will produce and star in the Paramount road trip film "80 for Brady." Brady's first significant endeavour since declaring his retirement is this one. Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, Rita Moreno, and Sally Field star in the film, which has received critical acclaim. The storey follows four New England Patriots supporters as they go to Houston for Super Bowl LI in 2017, Tom Brady and the Patriots beat the Atlanta Falcons 28-3 to capture their second championship. The film's production is set to begin in the spring. The film is based on the actual storey of four best friends and New England Patriots fans who embark on a life-changing journey to witness their hero Tom Brady play in Super Bowl LI, and the craziness that unfolds as they navigate the wilds of the country's largest sporting event. Endeavor Content has purchased international distribution rights to the picture, which will be produced by Brady's 199 Productions and Academy Award winner Donna Gigliotti. Kyle Marvin (actor of "WeCrashed" and co-writer and star of "The Climb") directed the film, which he co-wrote with Michael Covino, based on a screenplay by Emily Halpern and Sarah Haskins ("Booksmart"). Under their Watch This Ready label, Marvin and Covino will also executive produce alongside Jeff Stott. With Brady and Gigliotti, Endeavor Content negotiated the acquisition deal and created the film. WME and Latham & Watkins represent Brady, while Paul Hastings represents Gigliotti. UTA and Jackoway Austen's Kimberly Jaime and Michael Auerbach represent Marvin and Covino.
