The second season of Marvel’s Loki will premiere on Disney+ on October 6. Wonder Studios boss Kevin Feige declared the date Tuesday during Disney’s Forthright show, where he additionally presented first-look film of the forthcoming season. New episodes will air week by week.
Loki, starring Tom Hiddleston, takes place in a world that is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The God of Mischief finds himself in trouble with the bureaucratic TVA (Time Variance Authority) after escaping with the Tesseract.
Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku, and Richard E. Grant join Hiddleston in the cast.
Season 2 is directed and executive produced by Aaron Moorhead and Justin Benson. Along with Hiddleston and Michael Waldron, Eric Martin is the head writer and executive producer.
