The 75th Emmy Awards are currently scheduled to air live on Fox from the Peacock Theater, which used to be the Microsoft Theater, on Monday, September 18, from 5-8 p.m. PT/8-11 p.m. ET. The Creative Arts ceremonies are scheduled for September 9-10.
A host for the Fox ceremony has not yet been revealed, yet Jesse Collins, Dionne Harmon and Jeannae Rouzan-Dirt are set to produce the broadcast. If the ongoing writers’ strike does not come to an end by the end of the summer, the awards ceremony may be postponed. As SAG-AFTRA continues contract negotiations with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers, there is also a possibility of an actors’ strike.
Succession, The Last of Us, The White Lotus, and Ted Lasso have received the most nominations among the nominees for the 2023 Emmy Awards.
Pedro Pascal for The Last of Us, Jeremy Strong for Succession, Quinta Brunson for Abbott Elementary, and Jenny Ortega for Wednesday were among the actors nominated.
Emmy-named entertainer Yvette Nicole Brown and television Foundation seat Candid Scherma declared who will vie for a portion of television’s most elevated respects during a virtual function on Wednesday.
Brown was selected for an Emmy for her work on The Dark Woman Sketch Show. Community, Central Park, Elena of Avalor, Disenchanted, DC League of Super Pets, and Lady and the Tramp are some of her other works.
To be qualified during the current year’s honors, Television programs needed to have broadcasted between June 1, 2022, and May 31, 2023.
