The Fujifilm Instax Mini Evo is a new digital camera that prints to Fujifilm’s Instax Mini film. It’s a new Instax flagship that’s “designed with a premium and classical touch,” according to the firm, and it has numerous retro features including top-mounted dials and a print control that functions like a film advance lever.
The Mini Evo, like other hybrid Instax cameras, has an LCD screen that lets you frame your digital photos before printing them. Fujifilm claims that the Mini Evo has twice the exposure resolution of previous versions and has 10 lens effects that can be blended and applied to photos.
The Mini Evo also acts as an Instax printer, allowing you to print photos wirelessly from your smartphone. Fujifilm has added a new feature that allows you to download printed Mini Evo photographs to your phone with embedded Instax frames, allowing you to share them as digital Instax snaps.
The Fujifilm Instax Mini Evo will be available in Japan on December 3rd, but not in the United States until February. It will set you back $199.95.
