The Masters Tournament in 2024 will have the lowest field of any major championship golf event and take place in Augusta, Georgia, in mid-April. The Masters has been held annually since 1934 and is well known for its customs, which include the winner taking home a valuable green jacket in addition to the Masters Trophy, which features a silver representation of the clubhouse.
The Augusta National Golf Club is legendary in the same way that its traditions are. Notable holes include the shortest Par 3 on the course, No. 12, which is in the heart of the trio of Nos. 11, 12, and 13 and is known as Amen Corner. It is also one of the most famous holes in all of professional golf.
