NCAA DI Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships 2025: Schedule, Teams & How to Watch

On March 5, swimmers who qualified for the 2025 NCAA DI Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships were officially announced. The full list of competitors is available to fans at usaswimming.org/ncaa.

The finals for this year will be held from Wednesday, March 19, to Saturday, March 22, at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatics Center in Federal Way, Washington. ESPN+ will stream the tournament, allowing viewers to watch every moment of the action in real time. Below is a schedule of the entire competition.

Thursday, March 20:

Preliminaries: 10:00 AM
One-meter diving trials: 3:15 PM
One-meter diving consolation finals: 8:15 PM

How to Watch:

From Wednesday through Saturday, ESPN+ will stream live coverage of the preliminary and finals sessions in North America. Finals sessions start at 6:00 PM PDT, while preliminary sessions start at 10:00 AM PDT.

ESPN+ may not be available to viewers outside of North America, such as those in India. Check to see if local sports networks or streaming services that broadcast international sporting events will be showing the championships. An alternative method of accessing ESPN+ would be to use a virtual private network (VPN) service; however, please be sure that this conforms with all relevant terms of service and local laws.
