NCAA DII Women’s Basketball Championship 2025

The Selection Show, which was streamed live on NCAA.com, kicked off the 2025 NCAA DII Women’s Basketball Championship on Sunday, March 9 at 10:30 p.m. ET.

A competitive 64-team bracket with 23 automatic qualifiers is part of this year’s competition. The top eight teams advance to the prestigious Women’s Elite Eight, which will be held from March 24–28 at UMPC Cooper Fieldhouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, after teams play in regional rounds.
