The 2025 DIII women’s basketball championship commenced with the selection show on Monday, March 3, at 3 p.m. ET, broadcast live on NCAA.com.

The tournament featured 64 teams in a single-elimination format, comprising 43 automatic qualifiers and 21 at-large selections.
