One UI 7 Officially Launches for Galaxy S24, Fold 6, Flip 6 Users

Samsung’s One UI 7 rollout for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6 has begun on time, and more devices will come next.

Samsung has finally begun rolling out One UI 7 to its Galaxy devices, beginning with its 2024 flagships, after an almost 6-month wait compared to Google’s first release of Android 15. Today, April 7, Samsung began rolling out the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra in South Korea, putting them first in line.

The firmware version number, as recorded by SamMobile, is S928NKSU4BYCG, and the update size for users upgrading from One UI 6.1.1 to One UI 7.0 is around 5.2GB.

Additionally, the Flip 6 (F741NKSU2BYCJ), Galaxy Z Fold 6 (F956NKSU2BYCK), and Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition (F958NKSU2BYCK), which was released in a few places last year, are getting the update. The security patch for April 2025 is also included with these upgrades.

In the upcoming days, Samsung is likely to start rolling out the Galaxy S24 FE, the Galaxy Tab S10 series, and the last-generation Galaxy products.

Other parts of the world will still have to wait a few days for the One UI 7 upgrade, in the meanwhile. The deployment in the United States is scheduled to start on April 10.
