The Golden Bachelor 2023: Who Is He?
Before stepping into the spotlight to become the first Golden Bachelor, Gerry Turner, 72, was enjoying his retirement in Hudson, Indiana. He had previously worked in the food industry. Turner, who was born and raised in Iowa, spent 43 years with Toni, his high school sweetheart. Toni became unwell and passed very suddenly in 2017. The couple had two daughters together: Angie and Jenny, and later, Charlee and Payton.
