Since its premiere in February 2015, The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst has become a strange pop culture phenomenon. What started out as a missing persons investigation documentary featuring an interview with New York real estate heir Robert Durst quickly devolved into a gruesome confession of murder.
Nine years later, Jinx is back in his six-part sequel to the original Emmy Award-winning miniseries.

Directed by Andrew Jarecki, The Jinx: Part 2 picks up the story of the first season, which aired nine years ago in 2015. Season 2 is a six-episode documentary about Robert Durst’s life in prison, with new interviews, reenactments, and a new person who provided information about Durst himself.
