To celebrate the Japanese New Year, Apple has unveiled a new promotion. On the 2nd and 3rd of January, the corporation will provide special bargains to customers in Japan. Customers who purchase certain Apple items will receive a gift card, but the first 20,000 customers who purchase an eligible iPhone will receive a limited edition AirTag.
In Japan, 2022 is the Year of the Tiger, and the new limited edition AirTag honours this by featuring a special Tiger emoji character. Customers must purchase an iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, or iPhone SE on January 2 or 3 in Japan to obtain one of these AirTags. This is a limited edition of 20,000 units, so they’ll be hard to come by.
Depending on the product you buy, you’ll get an Apple gift card for a different amount. If you buy an iPhone 12, 12 mini, or SE, you’ll get a 6,000-yen gift card. You can obtain a card worth up to 9,000 yen if you buy AirPods, AirPods Pro, or AirPods Max. You can acquire a 6,000 yen card if you have an Apple Watch Series 3 or SE.
You can get a gift card worth 12,000 yen if you buy one of Apple’s new iPad Pros. With the purchase of some Macs, Apple is now offering a gift card worth up to 24,000 yen. If you buy an Apple TV, Beats headphones, or other accessories, you’ll get a card.
