On November 27, QT Marshall revealed on social media that he was leaving All Elite Wrestling. By the end of 2023, he said, he will have completed all of his duties. Tony Khan and AEW were thanked by Marshall. It was evident from his comments that he relished his role as “Vice President, Manager of Talent Relations, and wearing a myriad of hats.”
According to Marshall, the organisation has undergone significant transformation and is moving in a new path, so he decided to follow suit. He conveyed his gratitude to the fans and praised every employee in the company.
Since joining the organisation in 2019, QT Marshall has been seen as an essential member behind the scenes. He partnered with Dustin Rhodes, got into a fight with Cody Rhodes, and established The Factory while he was with AEW. He joined forces with Powerhouse Hobbs in 2023 to start the QTV organisation. Marshall stated that they had come to an agreement in September, even though his contract was about to end.
Marshall won the AAA Latin American Championship in his most recent Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide tournament. At the November 19 television tapings, he was unable to win the championship.
Marshall has previously worked for both WWE and Ring of Honour.
